(1953-1954, 1958-1959)

Nathan L. Scott was a steadfast presence at Boise Little Theater throughout the 1950s and early 1960s, offering unwavering support both in leadership and behind the scenes. Serving as President during the 1953–54 and again in the 1958–59 seasons, Nathan brought warmth, reliability, and a deep commitment to the spirit of community theater.

His involvement began as an associate member with his wife in the 1949–50 season and quickly grew to include acting, technical work, and house management. Nathan appeared onstage as Doctor Atkinson in Payment Deferred and Mr. Burton in Harlequinade, and served as assistant director for High Tor. He was also a dedicated lighting technician and set builder, contributing to productions such as Another Way Out and The Gazebo.

Perhaps most notably, Nathan could always be found ensuring audiences were welcomed and cared for, serving as house manager or usher for more than a dozen seasons. Whether managing logistics, lending his creative talents, or supporting cast and crew, Nathan Scott was a model of consistency and generosity. His legacy lives on in the foundation of volunteer spirit that continues to drive Boise Little Theater today.
