A nostalgic and heartwarming play set in Connecticut during the Fourth of July celebrations of 1906. The story centers around a young man, Richard, his family, and his blossoming romance with Muriel, the girl next door. The play explores themes of youthful idealism, parental expectations, and the complexities of love and family.
