Rates for Renting:
52 Seat Theatre Space with Lobby and Guest Parking
Rental for 4 hours: $200
Additional day/night rental: $150
Rental of space with use of CS20 board, 14 CS Spot Jr. instruments and sound board:
$300 for 4 hours (additional day/night rental: $250
A $100 refundable security deposit is required for booking.
Bar/bartender is available for $65 (wine, beer, canned cocktails, sodas, water).
There will be a BLT representative on site for duration of rental. They will be available to help with use of the facility but not to run your event.
